Concrete Canvas Shelters (Civil Applications)

Concrete Canvas Shelters (CCS) are rapidly deployable hardened shelters that can be deployed by 2 people, in under 1 hour. CCS have two major advantages over conventional tented shelter: Operational: CCS enable a hardened structure from day one of an operation. They provide much better environmental protection, increased security and vastly improved medical capability. Financial: CCS have a design life of over 10 years, whereas tents wear out rapidly and must then be replaced. CCS are a one stop solution, saving effort and cost over the lifetime of medium to long term operations. The key to CCS is the use of inflation to create a surface that is optimised for compressive loading. This allows thin walled concrete structures to be formed which are both robust and lightweight. CCS consist of a revolutionary cement based composite fabric (Concrete Cloth) bonded to the outer surface of a plastic inner which forms a Nissen-Hut shaped structure once inflated.

I tried something a lilttle different from my other videos but i hope you guys enjoy it!! This is a great song!! Morning View is the fourth studio album by rock band Incubus, released October 23, 2001 through Epic Records, a companion DVD, Morning View Sessions, was released on May 29, 2002. The album has a sound that is overall softer than previous albums, especially apparent on songs such as "Echo" and "Are You In?", however, Incubus's heavier side is still evident on tracks like "Have You Ever" and "Under My Umbrella". Songs such as "Just a Phase" display more original song structures.

Terraria PvP - Terraria PVP - Capture the Gem

Full instructions on how to to play are as follows: Essentially in its most basic form this game is capture the flag with two teams red and blue each having a base with a chest containing a ruby for red team and a sapphire for blue team. To win the teams must take the opposing teams gem and place it in there chest and if and the team that gets both gems in there chest wins. What makes this game different to normal CTF is that it has a preparation phase . The teams have 10miniutes to prepare themselves in any way they decide to try and protect their gem through whatever means they can as long as they stay on their half of the map. For example they could decide to spend this time to surrounding there base with dirt to prevent the opposing team reaching their gem. Or alternatively they could spend the time gathering materials to create better weapons for fighting. It is essential that this time is spent wisely and the right decisions on what to do are made or the opposing team could have a great advantage. Once the 10minites is up then the CTF phase begins and the team who has spent the preparation time most strategically will win! Rules in this game are as follows: No crossing the border between each person's side of the map during planning phase even if it is underground! You are only allowed to take hold of your own teams gem if you are taking it straight back to your own chest. (3/6) The Greatest Raid of All World War II

The St. Nazaire Raid (also called Operation Chariot) was a successful British seaborne attack on the heavily defended docks of St. Nazaire in occupied France on the night of March 28, 1942 during World War II. The operation was undertaken by Royal Navy and Army Commando units under the auspices of Louis Mountbatten's Combined Operations. The obsolete destroyer HMS Campbeltown commanded by Stephen Halden Beattie and accompanied by 18 shallow draft boats, rammed the St. Nazaire lock gates and was blown up, ending use of the dock. Commandos landed on the docks and destroyed other dock structures before attempting to fight their way out. All but 27 of the commandos were either killed or captured: 22 escaped back to Britain in the motor torpedo boats and 5 to the Spanish border. The loss of St. Nazaire as a dry dock would force any large German warship in need of repairs to have to return to home waters. Five Victoria crosses were awarded to men involved in the raid, which has been called The Greatest Raid of All.
