I was living with my family at Agate Terrace, just across the Umzimvubu River, near Port St Johns. I imagined a tree's changing condition over the year's seasons. So the four pieces are entitled Autumnascit, Hibernam, Primo Vere, and Dies Festus." (S. Glasser, 2001) In South Africa, which is in the Southern hemisphere, the "festive season" is during the summer months of December-January. This excerpt is from the fourth and final movement of S. Glasser's ARBOR: the "summer" movement. Publisher: Woza Music, London. Instrument: Ramirez 1a, 1974. Standard tuning: 7=C2 [lowest], 8=Bb2, 9=G#2, 10=F#2. * * * klassische gitarre akustische gitarre guitare classique guitare acoustique violao classico violao acustico guitarra clasica guitarra acustica chitarra classica chitarra acustica |
