| PLEASE READ ME! It's important if you want to understand how to create custom scenery properly! ;) This tutorial will show you how to make custom scenery for RCT3 in SketchUp 7. The older tutorial will also be kept just for reference. Things you will need: Google SketchUp 7 - www.google.com The plugins: dl.dropbox.com The RCT3 Importer - dl.dropbox.com NOTE: When you click the download button you need to type a username and password. The Username is "tombofry" and the password is "cheese" without the speech marks. Use lowercase!! ***IN SKETCHUP*** Step 1 - The Plugins: Download the plugins, extract them to your desktop, then copy the RB files to C:\Program Files\Google\Google SketchUp 7\Plugins\ Step 2 - : Set the template to "Simple Template - Meters". Click Plugins, then RCT3 Tile, then Full Tile Create a simple shape. Step 3: Click File, then Import, then find the texture you are going to use. PLEASE NOTE!!! ALL TEXTURES MUST BE THIS SIZE: either 4x4, 8x8, 32x32, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, 512x512, or 1024x1024 OR IT WILL NOT WORK IN THE IMPORTER!!!! If you need help resizing images/textures, Google is your friend! :) Step 4: Apply the texture to one side, then it will allow you to apply it to all your sides. Make sure it covers all the sides. Step 5: Click Plugins, then ASE Exporter, then Export ASE Find a place to save the ASE file and save it.
