Project Tupolev Tu154M Start & Takeoff Tutorial Part 4

This is Part 4 of a 4 part series for flying the Project Tupolev Tu154M Aircraft for Flight Simulator FS2004. Especially designed for pilots who have no knowledge of Russian language or flight operations, and a reasonable understanding of "Western" Boeing style aircraft in Flight Simulator, wishing to fly the Tupolev Tu154 on Vatsim. It is meant as a quick guide to get you flying routes with the aircraft without being frustrated by hours of not being able to operate simple systems like the GPS navigation system, autopilot, and steps through a takeoff from cold and dark, right up to inserting the STAR before decent into your destination. It is not a replacement to the Manual, but can be a bit of a boost to get you in a position to absorb more advanced aspects than simply starting the engines up (which is quite envolved). I may continue this series with a small rundown on enroute, decent and landing basics. Part IV 1: Introduction 2: Flaps and Trim setting for takeoff. 3: Autopilot preflight test. 4: Altimeters (Setting QNE/QFE and switching between Feet and Metres on the primary altimeter) and altitude presets. 5: Takeoff 6: Using HBY to fly the SID with the Flight Director. 7: Engaging Autopilot and V mode for climbing at a set speed. 8: rundown on autopilot buttons and their modes. 9: maintaining altitude for cruise etc. 10: Autothrottle use

Especially designed for pilots who have no knowledge of Russian language or flight operations, and a reasonable understanding of "Western" Boeing style aircraft in Flight Simulator, wishing to fly the Tupolev Tu154 on Vatsim. Polska tragedia Smoleńsk 10.04.2010

W samolocie TU-154, który krótko przed godziną 9 runął na ziemię 1,5 kilometra od lotniska w Smoleńsku leciała para prezydencka. Oprócz niej w samolocie znajdowały się inne najważniejsze osoby w państwie. Tupolev TU-204 landing Mexico Airport

TU-204-100E Is a twin-engined medium-range jet airliner capable of carrying 210 passengers, designed by Tupolev and produced by Aviastar SP and Kazan Aircraft Production Association. First introduced in 1989, it is considered to be broadly equivalent to the Boeing 757 and has competitive performance and fuel efficiency in its class. It was developed for Aeroflot as a replacement for the medium-range Tupolev Tu-154 trijet.
