| A cop had been causing serious problems for riders in Vacaville, writing many helmet tickets, along with various other types of harassment, and Civil Rights violations. BOLT jumped in and got our own tickets, instead of just teaching them how to understand their court paperwork. BOLT members rode to Vacaville 6-26-09 to find the 4th Amendment violator cop. We easily found him. Our helmets are legal, but irresistible to an uneducated cop. All the cop had to do was find the case law relating to helmet enforcement. We were gonna just go get helmet tickets but it turned into a confrontation when the cop wanted to "take my helmet off." Uh.... Nope. Not without a Warrant, officer. Police use intimidation and lies to convince you to obey them. Many who have seen this video consider it a teaching tool. They could be right. Notice how the cops back off when they realize they can't fool you. Through court documents, we discovered how many legal mistakes the cop knew he was making, and how many mistakes he didn't know he was making.
