No dimension exists in a vacuum. All dimensions are interwoven. Evolution of consciousness refers to the evolution of collective (universal) consciousness, not individual evolution. As of October 28th, 2011, 5th dimension or 5th world has been launched or started. It feels great. Things are moving along as programmed & predicted. The best analogy or metaphor that I can come up with, in regards to how 5th dimension functions, is the Internet. It's like a collective, instantly accessed, information database that connects us all. Just like the Internet, however, not everyone has access to 5th dimension yet. You need a computer and a good connection to access the Internet. In the same way, you need a consciousness capable of accessing 5th dimension. Some people, due to psychic abilities, sensitivities and expanded consciousness, do have access to the 5th dimension. These beings have been able to give birth to the 5th dimension within their own individual consciousness. Sometimes that connection is conscious, sometimes that connection is unconscious. Either way, everyone born after October 28th, 2011, will have an "updated" consciousness that will automatically access 5th dimension.
