| On 16 Feb, 2008, Improv Everywhere struck again, this time in the UK at the iconic Trafalgar Square in West End London. Inspired by the original Improv Everywhere in New York and the Grand Central Freeze, the Great Trafalgar Square Freeze aimed to be the biggest freeze to date...and it was. According to the Facebook event, over 700 confirmed guests (not to mention 700 maybes) froze for 5 minutes and then continued on with their lives as if nothign happened. This video was shot by a friend, whom did a great job of capturing the reactions and poses of this incredible event. I appear in the video around minute 3:15 as the guy in the knit hat being hoisted up onto the base of Nelson's column by two new friends of mine. Quite a hard position to hold, but as you can see, it totally paid off. Enjoy! This video made for the Royal Improv Everywhere of London Facebook group.
