How 3D claymation is made

This is how Stereoscopic 3D is created in stop motion animation. This is how hollywood 3D stop motion movies (pirates, hugo) are shot. The biggest problem with the slider is that you can not achieve any long exposure camera tricks such as motion blurs ect because everything needs to be exactly same for the right eye and left eye image for the stereo 3D effect to work. This is my current set up - Canon 5D mark II Dragonframe 3 stop motion software IOTA Slider WARNING: If you buy anything from Dragonframe from outside the USA, they will tax you A LOT! I had to pay 350 euros extra for my IOTA Slider, and it BROKE after just 2 weeks. If I wanted a replacement, they said i would have to pay ANOTHER 350 euro tax, so I had to do the repairs myself.
