With all this said, our critics may challenge us. Much like in the past They said we could never create islands in the middle of a city (Jumeirah Islands) They said trees could never grow in the sea (Palm Jumeirah) They said the world could never be flat (The World) But we continue to say, "What's Next!" What's Next is a project inspired by the very principles that govern Dubai. As His Highness Sheikh Mohammed often emphasizes: "Before evaluating the future, we have to take a quick look at the past. For it is the foundation of tomorrow." So we have used various Islamic elements to inspire the design of our newest masterpiece, Nakheel Harbour & Tower: Dubai's Capital. Made up of four distinct districts that take inspiration from Islamic architectural patterns representing unity and balance, Nakheel Harbour & Tower builds on the achievements of Islamic engineering.
