How to make the bonecrushing Sling-X-Bow at home, with common tools

After the huge success of the Sling-X-Bow, The Slingshot Channel received many requests for a how-to video tutorial. Making this powerful and accurate weapon without welding and turning gear meant a total redesign of the construction, which took a while. The outcome is spectacular: Entirely out of wood and off-the-shelf screws, everybody with basic tools and skills can follow these instruction. The video contains a shot at sheep shoulderblade bones that are attached to a cat food can. See the bullet smashing through both the bones and the cans! Monster slingshot with homemade "Bonecrusher" ammo

A slingshot can shoot ammo in any shape, not just balls. Therefore, a special very heavy projectile has been put together, based on bolts, nuts and washers. The whole thing weighs 70 gramms (1120 grains)! The odd shape makes this "bullet" very dangerous, it rips very big holes. Several "normal" slingshot balls are tested in comparison, against a thick stack of styrofoam boards. The impact is filmed with a hi speed camera, so stunning slow motion material is included in this video, brought to you by The Slingshot Channel.
