Timurthy an action based film is about a young man who has three personalities. A well known police inspector solves his cases with his witty skills. A young reckless hippie boy is caught in several illegal crimes. An old loyal gardener is happy with his family life and his master. Hero

Notorious criminal Pasha (Amrish Puri) has been sent to jail by the former inspector general of Police Shrikanth Mathur (Shammi Kapoor). An enraged Pasha decides to get even with Shrikanth and hence asks his trusted protégé Jackie (Jackie Shroff) to carry out a plan to get him released from the prison. As directed, Jackie abducts Shrikanth's daughter Radha (Meenakshi Shashadri) in the garb of a police officer. Radha is made to believe that Jackie and his gang of goons are her protectors and are keeping her in the jungle for her safety as her house has been taken over by bandits. As the days passed, Jackie gets increasingly drawn towards Radha and eventually both fall in love with each other. Radha discovers about Jackie's truth but still stays by his side. She even makes Jackie surrender which leads him to spend two years in jail. Radha meanwhile returns to her home and narrates about her love to her brother Damodar (Sanjeev Kumar). Thwarted plans of his release makes Pasha angry and he vows to take revenge from Srikanth and Jackie. Will Jackie and Radha meet? Will their love be accepted by all? What will Pasha do to extract his revenge?

Euromed Heritage Short film - Algeria

ICCD (Istituto Centrale per la Catalogazione e la Documentazione) and the RMSU have produced a short film on Euromed Heritage on behalf of the European Commission EuropeAid Cooperation Office. The film, in English, French and Italian, consists of a short introduction outlining the programme. Then follow 3 separate reports made by an independent film maker, on projects and their diverse activities in Algeria, Egypt and Malta. The activities reflect the development of a selection of projects and their achievements at different phases of the programme. Whilst the attempt was made to reflect the full diversity of the Euromed Heritage programme, it has not been possible to include images from all the projects available. ICCD and the RMSU have made all efforts to best reflect actors and projects and apologize for any inaccuracies and interpretation in the final text. The broadcasting of this film is free, however please inform the RMSU on where and when it will be transmitted. info@euromedheritage.net
