| This is another Gipsy King video I filmed in Milwaukee in 2007,it is Canut doing a solo of Sol y Luna,a different version than what is on the CD and other concerts...What is funny is,I was told not to film anyone but Canut for the video I was doing of him that had nothing to do with the Gipsy Kings,but,I'm there with a Camera,so as the Gipsy that I am,I have to,but 2 managers are in the same room with me,so during the break,Canut and a friend came up with an idea to lure the enemy away,as I'm begining to shoot and zooming in ,you can see Andre smile in my direction,he can see me filming"the gipsy way",then a few momments later the door comes flying open and I'm distracted,that is the camera dropping down,I had been saving this video to include about 30 min of video with no sound,of me filming all the brothers clowning around and just being themselves,it was my idea for that kind of video,Canut,outside of the Gipsy Kings,it is the reason I'm to go to Arles and continue the film,I want to do it about Canut as a poet,writer,artist,cook etc...this next spring I will be there with my camera...I may still do the fill-in for this video also,I hate that it has that camera dip,oh well,at least I have something...After YouTube re-moved 75 videos I posted,for no reason ,I have been down and out,that was a lot of work,I had no back-up for 71 of them,so now I have to re-edit and learn some of my songs again,it just won't be the same...... |
