| If you buy a unlimited metro card and you spent your last bit of money so you can travel to work and if your metro stops working for whatever reason, you have to mail your damage card into transit and wait three weeks for your card to be replace. Which means I have to buy another unlimited card, after I already spent $104 to transit, now I have to credit there balance sheet with cash and debt my already low balance account. There isn't any other solution in place, (for someone like me) who just spent their last to travel on the train, other than begging someone for money, or for begging someone to help you with a swipe to get on the train. This is pure absolutism that in place. Please call MTA and complain about the replacement policy that MTA has in place. We need to stand up for our rights. |
