| This video is just for fun! It doesn't really have much other purpose then just being fun, entertaining, interesting and silly! Anyway in this video, I use a 'specially' bred Shuppet to beat a Lv59 Chansey, owned by Ace Trainer Ariana on Route 228 in Diamond and Pearl (in Platinum she has changed apparently). Here are more details on how I did it and how I was untouchable in more detail than how I did in the video: Shuppet has: Curse, Will-O-Wisp, Knock Off & Night Shade. Chansey has: Double Edge, Sing, Dream Eater & Defence Curl. Chansey knows Double Edge, this cannot hit a Ghost type and so it won't use it! It also knows Sing, but this Shuppet has Insomnia, so it CAN'T be put to sleep, so Sing won't work. Dream Eater is an attack that only works when the opponent is asleep, since Shuppet can't sleep, Dream Eater doesn't work. So Chansey only uses Defence Curl! Neat huh? Now Shuppet has Curse, this takes away half of your HP (or just under half if you have an Odd number for your Max HP, I'd recommend having an odd number if you want to try this) and will take away a 1/4 of theirs after every turn. Will-O-Wisp burns your opponent, taking away 1/8 every turn (and it reduces the Attack stat but that doesn't apply here). Knock Off was just there when I bred it, as was Night Shade. Night Shade doesn't affect Chansey so I had to Use Knock Off, with those Defence Curls, it probably only did 1HP! Also, Route 228 has a Sandstorm, which also appears in battle, this takes away 1/16 ... |
