Leaving with you the amulet of kings, and ancient artifact given to Man by the gods themselves and can only to worn by the true heirs to the Septim Dynasty. Now you must go on a quest to deliver the amulet to the only living heir of the Emperor left. Martin Septim, should you fail in this mission then the whole of Nirn will be overrun by the Daedra hordes and none shall survive, but that's not everything. There are hundreds of side quests to keep you going once you've finished the main quest, or you decide you need a break from the action, from the fighters guild to the Dark Brotherhood. There's something to keep you playing no matter what character you play as.
