Zariah Schatz - Beat to death in the name of God.

Kevin and Elizabeth Schatz of Paradise, California, adopted children from Liberia and beat them to death! The Schatz family believed in a religious philosophy that espouses corporal punishment to "train" children to be more obedient to their parents and God, using "the rod" as a corrective tool. In this case, the rod is a quarter-inch thick plastic plumbing line. What the hell is wrong with these dizzy religous nuts? Folk take the bible way too far - WAY TOO FAR!!! The writers of a book are being looked at as people to blame BUT...their guidance came from what? The Bible. Spare the rod spoil the child right? Proverbs 13:24 New King James Version (NKJV) 24 He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly. You Jesus nuts go ahead and say it - Satan can quote scripture as good as Jesus when is suits his purpose, then find that in the Bible.That is not a Biblical quote...it's a spin off of a Shakespeare Quote - "The devil can cite Scripture for his purpose" William Shakespeare. .

You have to consider property tax, homeowners insurance, and if you make a down payment of less than 20%, you are also going to be stuck paying Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI). Then there are all the unplanned potential costs; for instance, if the plumbing goes on the fritz, you have to absorb the cost of fixing it; costs which when you were renting, would be covered by your landlord. On average you need to add another 40-45 percent to the principle and interest to get a good feel for what you are going to pay.
