| Dubai, February 26 2011: The leading healthcare conglomerate, DM Healthcare Group, today announced moving its corporate base to a new headquarters as part of a comprehensive restructuring of its business operations in line with its strategic multi-million dollar expansion plans across the GCC and India. Commenting on moving to the new headquarters, Dr. Azad Moopen, Chairman of DM Healthcare, said: "The shift to the new headquarters is a strategic move to consolidate our operations under one roof so that there is more efficiency and synergy between the various departments of our business. It will also support the Group's continuing endeavour to foster best-in-class corporate governance benchmarked to global standards." The AED 12 million DM Healthcare headquarters spans across 8000 square feet at the Aspect Tower in Business Bay in Dubai and will function as the executive hub of the group's business strategy and growth plans. "Shifting to the new headquarters is a very significant exercise, particularly in the light of our expansion plans and Vision 2015. Our expansion plan is one of the largest and most ambitious by any healthcare group in the region," Dr. Moopen said.
