＜森窯のblog→ toukaze.blog88.fc2.com 電動轆轤で、工房主・森一規が大皿（鉢）を作っているところです。 土は 9㎏ 。直径 56㎝ の大皿になりました。 この後、も少し直径を広げ。高さも低く仕上げました。 この日は、BGM(Background music)に古いJAZZ音楽を流しておりました。

The Venus Project-Houses

The Venus Project recommends that the present state and aims of architecture be redefined to fit the evolving needs of individuals in this new, emergent culture. The architecture and individual dwellings of future cities will evolve on an entirely different basis from today's houses. With the intelligent application of humane technologies, we will be able to provide and allow for a wide array of unique individual homes. Their structural elements will be flexible and coherently arranged to best serve individual preference. These pre-fabricated, modular homes, embodying a high degree of flexibility inconceivable in times past, could be built anyplace one might imagine, amidst forests, atop mountains, or on remote islands. All of these dwellings can be designed as self-contained residences with their own thermal generators and heat concentrators. Photovoltaic arrays would be built into the skin of the building and into the windows themselves. "Thermopanes" would be used to tint out the bright sunlight by variable patterns of shading. All these features could be selected by the occupant to supply more than enough of the energy required to operate the entire household. Homes could be prefabricated of a new type of pre-stressed, reinforced concrete with a flexible ceramic external coating that would be relatively maintenance free, fireproof, and impervious to the weather. Soondubu jjigae (hot and spicy soft tofu stew)

Full recipe: www.maangchi.com This is a really delicious and popular dish in Korea. It's a hot hot stew made with soft tofu. You will love it! Ingredients: 1. 12 dried anchovies 2. 1/3 cup of kelp, half onion, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 shiitake mushrooms 3. 100 grams of beef, 1 cup of mixed seafood, 3 shrimp 4. 2 green onions, 1 green chili pepper 5. 2-5 tbs of hot pepper flakes 6. olive oil, sesame oil, 2 tubes of soon du bu 7. 2 tbs of fish sauce, and 2 eggs Prepare stock to make tasty Soon du bu: 1. Pour 5 cups of water into a pot and add 12 dried anchovies after removing intestine part. 2. Add half onion, some dried kelp (about 1/3 cup), 3 dried shiitake mushrooms, 5 cloves of garlic and boil it over high heat. 3. Approximately 10 minutes later, lower the heat to low medium heat and boil it for another 20 minutes. 4. Set aside the stock and take out the mushrooms and chop them into small pieces. 5. Heat your earthen ware (or ceramic pot) on the stove and put 2 ts of olive oil. 6. Chop 100 grams of beef and put it into the pot and stir it. 7. Add the chopped shiitake mushroom and stir it. 8. Add 2 tbs -- 5 tbs (1/4 cup) of hot pepper flakes and keep stirring for 1 minute. *tip: 2 tbs—mild 3 tbs—medium 4 tbs—hot 5 tbs (1/4 cup)—suicidal hot ! : ) 9. Pour 2 cups of the stock you made. Here is the recipe Yorkshire Pudding Recipe INGREDIENTS · 1 cup flour · 1/2 teaspoon salt · 1 cup milk · 2 Tbsp melted butter · 2 eggs, beaten* · 2-4 Tbsp of roast drippings * If you double the recipe, add an extra egg to the batter. METHOD 1 Sift together the flour and salt in a large bowl. Form a well in the center. Add the milk, melted butter, and eggs and beat until the batter is completely smooth (no lumps), the consistency of whipping cream. Let sit for an hour. 2 Heat oven to 450°F. Add roast drippings to a 9x12-inch pyrex or ceramic casserole dish, coating the bottom of the dish. Heat the dish in the oven for 10 minutes. For a popover version you can use a popover pan or a muffin pan, putting at least a teaspoon of drippings in the bottom of each well, and place in oven for just a couple minutes. 3 Carefully pour the batter into the pan (or the wells of muffin/popover pans, filling just 1/2 full), once the pan is hot. Cook for 15 minutes at 450°F, then reduce the heat to 350°F and cook for 15 to 20 more minutes, until puffy and golden brown. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 6.
