| Mussadi Lal while driving his car in Mumbai is stopped by a Traffic Policeman and is fined for driving a car with Delhis number plate. The officer warns Mussadi against bribing him and tells him to get the number transferred to a Mumbai number. Mussadi reaches the Regional Transport office and meets Shukla and Bhatia on his way.
