Selective color blacks, blacker. Pen tool, outlining all of Original scan. Stroke Path. Create new Custom shape, Blue rectangle. Black line as space tool to space rectangles evenly. Magic wand pen tool layer, Invert selection, switch to Blue Rectangle layers, delete. repeat magic wand step until all design is done. Grunge brushes accordingly throughout the shirt. download image of scuba mask. erase unnecessary parts of image, Desaturate image. Warp tool to create perspective. Outline with brush. You asked, so here it is! I present to you with much honor the product that I am convinced lifted my skin out of it's years of on and off acne.
