| In this video I talk about methods to induce labor that I tried and the results. I also show my labor dance it's hilarious yet embarrasing lol. I did some research based on the question "how can I induce labor?" with this being my first child I wanted to try as many things as possible to avoid being induced at a hospital. I heard doing a labor dance was one of the ways to induce labor naturally at home. This was just one of the many methods to induce labor that I tried. If you're asking yourself "how can I induce labor" I also tried eating spicy food, eating fresh pineapples to induce labor, going for a long walk to induce labor, bumpy car ride to induce labor, running up and down stairs to induce labor, and castor oil to induce labor. Unfortunately none of these methods worked for me but it did result in me having a hilarious labor dance video. lol If you are trying to figure out how to induce labor your best bet is to clear that thought out of your head and get some sleep. When that baby does come... you're going to need it! lol Your baby will come when your baby is ready...
