This was a bit of a tune I had in my head. It sounded very minimalistic at first because I was working on my new laptop, which had very little software installed. I dropped some 808's in for percussion, and since I couldn't record vocals yet, I just put Fluttershy vocals in to see what would happen. It kind of all went downhill from there. FFXIII Fabula Nova Crystallis Remix (Trance)

Purely fan made. I'll try and keep this simple. Software: Ableton Live 8, Reason 4, Wavelab 5, Izotope's Ozone 4. Vocals are from "Serah's Theme" and the orchestrated parts are from "Fabula Nova Crystallis". Both can be found on the FFXIII OST. Other songs used were "The Promise" and "No Way to Live". Other then a sound pack i bought for kicks and hi hats, all sounds can either be found or created in Reason. May not be perfect and that's ok. Its all about the feeling. But i think i did a pretty good job. Plus my laptop is old and was struggling at a lot of parts of the song. Not enough CPU and memory. I would have loved to push the limits and use more effects.
