Ingredients for Agedashi Tofu (serves 2) 300g Firm Tofu (10.6 oz) 5cm Daikon Radish (2 inch) A piece of Ginger 4 Shishito Peppers Potato Starch Frying Oil Shichimi - Seven Flavor Chile Pepper - Sauce - 150ml Kombu & Bonito Dashi Stock (5.07 fl oz) (Watch our "Mizore Nabe" video to make dashi stock from scratch or use packaged dashi) 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Mirin 材料＜２人分＞ 木綿豆腐：１丁（300g） 大根：5cm 生姜：適量（敢えて書くなら親指の先大） ししとうがらし：４本片栗粉：適量揚げ油：豆腐の半分がつかる程度の量七味唐辛子：お好みで＜かけ汁＞ だし汁：１５０ml（昆布とかつお） （みぞれ鍋で作っただし汁を参考にして下さい。だしの素を使っても良いです。） しょう油：大２ みりん：大２ ** A tip to make delicious Agedashi Tofu is to fry immediately after they are coated with potato starch. If the starch becomes too damp with the tofu's moisture, the coating will easily come off the tofu.

EoTech & AR15 Carbine POV Shooting

A Sony HD camcorder is mounted to the retractable stock of an AR15 carbine, giving you a first-person shooting experience through an EoTech 516 Holographic Weapons System. Distances up to 215 yards, laser measured. These distances might appear shorter than they actually are due to the camera perspective viewing through the EoTech. During my February 2012 review, I sighted the EOTech at 50 yards, which provided an accurate 200 yard zero. Just to be clear regarding this setup, I am aiming through the camera viewinder screen, so expect a few misses. The AR is a Rock River Arms upper receiver with 16" barrel and Bushmaster lower. I am using .223 Remington, Fiocchi 55 gr FMJ primarily, but also a few rounds of Hornady 55 gr VMAX. The "ground target" in the 150 and 175 yard segments is an old homemade boilerplate steel target. All other targets are AR500 steel, including the IPSC target for the 215 yard session. AR500 targets are from Mike Gibson. Viewable at 720p or 1080p HD if the bandwidth works for you.
