| The warehouse is +/- 2321 feet and has 22' ceilings which accommodate pallet shelves up to 18'. Typical warehouse space in the older parts of Scottsdale can only accommodate 12' pallet shelves and the extra 6' of height mean you can store more of your goods in less space. There are two 12' wide x 14' high roll up doors as well as two regular doors in the warehouse. The warehouse is equipped with four cameras that cover every entrance. There are door entry sensors on each of the four doors as well as two motion sensors that are attached to our alarm system. There is a large door from the mezzanine to the warehouse that allows you to lift pallets into the mezzanine with a fork lift. At one time the warehouse was configured with a small retail area with a display case and display board behind the display case. We replaced that with pallet shelving, but since the display board is still on the walls it could be easily converted back to that configuration. We would consider selling the pallet shelving in place now for $5000 which is half of what it cost to buy and install. The warehouse is equipped with two evaporative coolers which can cool most of the building during certain times of the year. The four skylights provide enough light that we have never turned on the lights during the day since we moved in.
