| The film is based on a real life incident and focuses on a group of slum dwellers who are ignored by the city developers and how the raise their voice against the ignorance of their slum. The story revolves around Chakrapani, a disabled beggar, a drunkard and has an eye on Latha, who lives nearby and works as a maid and dreams better future for his children. Latha detests Chakrapani, but she joins hands with him and protests against the city developers to save their slum. But their protest goes to vain as their pleas fall on deaf ears and government decides to remove the slum and the slum dwellers have nowhere to go. |
