READ MEEEEEEEEEE :) Nail polish Essie: Greenport -I don't use this product on my scalp so I cannot attest to the "anti itch formula". -I use the product as needed for any particular style and it doesn't build up. -This product doesn't flake or leave white residue behind, even though it goes on white and becomes clear/dissolves -I have used "Let's Jam!" in the past and it broke out my neck badly, this is a better alternative for me and I get more hold out of this product -I would call this product a medium hold product. -This product doesn't leave the hair hard and I wouldn't recommend a product that did. -I wouldn't use this product as a moisturizer. I would moisturize my hair a, THEN place this product, but feel free to do as you please. take care

Marshmallow Kitten: Week 5 of many Firsts

After the first month, kitten Marshmallow has achieved many "firsts" during her 5th week of life. Her first set of teeth is growing out, causing her to practically chew everything in sight. Some of her favorite targets are human hands and anything plastic. To assuage her itch to chew, we bought her some toys just for that purpose, which she quickly took a liking to. With chewing came an increased interest in scratching and swiping her small paw at anything she could get her hands on, including iPads, and our socks and pants. We used this opportunity to introduce her to a sisal scratching post. Marshy also first started to lick mama Mochi's food and water bowls during this week, signaling that she's ready for weaning. What charmingly messy times weaning can be. And with weaning came litter box training. Marshmallow sure let us know that she was ready to go on her own when she suddenly started crying and sniffing in one corner of the room, settling down with a semi-intensely focused gaze while she did her business. From then on, we would place her in a small litter box (with non-clumpable litter) after meals and active play. She quickly caught on from there, and now goes to #1 on her own :D First taste of independence. Marshmallow has learned to climb over barriers, and run away from pursuers. She now prefers to roam in an open space, and would vocally complain if she were enclosed in a small area when she was in a mood to play. And play seems to be her mindset whenever ...

Audio - Collision

Not sure if many of you remember mans like Wrisk and Mackie from the Gain/G2 era - this is when heads (both on DOA and outside of our circle) first got a whiff of what Audio was about. Over the last decade, Audio's built a rep as one of the keepers of the dark funk, bringing the drama to plenty of labels, including an album on the Tech Itch/Freak hybrid imprint TechFreak, as well as releases on Subtitles, OffKey and others, including collaborating with Dom & Roland, Dylan, The Sect, Panacea and plenty others. His first 12" for Virus came in 2008, and he got a lot of praise for that release, and over the last year or so, we here at DOA HQ have been hearing rumblings of his artist LP for Virus, and today we intercepted a kite featuring information on Genesis Device, his new album for Virus, which we're told is "pure Virus". 11 tracks of fury, bringing the varying colours of Audio's rainbow to the forefront.
