| Mr. Moseby announces that Mr. Tipton is selling the ship and that it will be dismantled within a week. Miss Tutweiller attempts to get London to pass Spanish in order to graduate. Maya learns that she has been accepted to the Peace Corps, stationed in Chad. Zack decides it is best for the two to break up. Maya tells Zack over dinner that she does not believe a long distance relationship will work and breaks up with Zack, who becomes distraught and locks himself in his room, refusing to go to graduation. Cody gets his letter from Yale University, but is shocked to find out that he has been rejected from the school. Upset, he too decides that he will not attend the graduation ceremony. Bailey receives her letter as well, learning she has been accepted to Yale. Carey and Kurt arrive on the ship and Bailey and Maya explain what the twins are going through. Carey attempts to console Cody while Kurt attempts to cheer Zack up. After they both learn that they do not wish to attend the ceremony, they resolve that what has happened is for the best and rush to graduation. While Cody and Bailey give their co-valedictorian speeches, Bailey announces to Cody that she will choose him over Yale. When graduation is disrupted by the destruction of the ship, Mr. Moseby calls Mr. Tipton to stall the destruction of the ship.
