| Adventure canyoning trip in Oman, 9 hours long, with very few stops, there were multiple numbers of long swims; all over 200mts and one 400 min. Abseiling and rope work was easy, you do need to setup retrievable abseils; Jumps from 3 to 15mtrs and it can be the only way down. Once your inside, there is no way out, no short cut. You need to know it might take you from 9hrs to 14 hours depending on group size and ability, check when it goes dark, you might end up sleeping overnight so be prepared.
