| Unload-reload cycle for an 8 targets standalone duplicator (Wytron DVD688 controller). With such application, Dexterix "knows" by itself where to deliver the discs to/from, depending on the initial bin configuration chosen by the user at start-up. Disc-bin configuration-changing detail: The green LEDs show which bins are currently filled with blank discs. The red LED shows which bin is the current destination for written discs. When a blank-discs bin becomes empty (all the discs have been written), the working stacks are automatically changed. The empty bin becomes the new destination for processed disks (its corresponding LED turns red) and the closest bin filled with blanks becomes the active source. The former destination, now filled with already processed disks, is deactivated (its corresponding LED turns off). Watch the LED configuration changing when Dexterix moves from a bin configuration to another. For other applications, when Dexterix is controlled by custom software (via RS232 commands), this feature may be skipped. More info about our robotics at www.dextimus.com |
