| Arch enemy es una de mis bandas de death melodico favoritas. Fue formada en 1995 por los hermanos Amott, ambos, la banda ah sufrido distintos cambios de formación, de los cuales el mas importante a mi parecer es del vocalista Johan Liiva por la vocalista alemana Angela Gossow. Han sacado 8 discos, siendo los 3 primeros grabados con Johan Liiva, titulados "Black Earth", "Stigmata" y "Burning Bridges". Los otros 5, fueron con Angela Gossow en la voz, titulados "Wages Of Sin", "Anthem Of Rebellions", "Doomsday Machine", "Rise Of The Tyrant" y el ultimo hasta la fecha "The Root Of All Evil", siendo este un disco de canciones regrabadas de sus tres primeros albums pero con Angela en las voces.
