Thanks to everyone who saw my broadcast and responded by forwarded my message to PPSimmons via their comments page. Not only did the message get through loud and clear, but it also gave me a fucking good laugh. I very much appreciate your help in trying to keep these little dipshits in their place. So, as promised, here's my response to PPSimmons' latest attempt to butcher science in general, and evolutionary theory specifically, in order to propagate their primitive and grotesque belief system. Because they hadn't addressed this subject since the serial raping I'd administered to them in Holy Hallucinations 15-18, I was beginning to think that we'd heard the last from these particularly vile and repulsive creationists, but I suppose it just goes to show that you can't keep a good 'tard down. In the video I'm addressing, Carl/PP revisit those two creatard stalwarts; the conflation of evolution with abiogenesis, and the promulgation of the misrepresentation of science as being fickle and untrustworthy. I try my best to remind them why they would be better off sticking to making their racist conspiracy videos and trying to con money out of their "flock". Another slightly unusual episode, in that I'm not addressing a specific YouTube video but rather a serious of questions posed by the Discovery Institute's resident asshat, Casey Luskin. I normally stay away from the atheism/theism debate and prefer to stick to probing creationists as roughly as possible, but in this instance Casey forced my hand and also led me into topics that I would normally avoid because they're not in my areas of expertise. As a result I've deliberately avoided getting too specific and can only hope I haven't, for the most part, made a complete twat of myself somewhere. Casey's questions were ones that he apparently felt would be difficult for atheists to answer, but I'm not entirely sure why he thought this unless his only exposure to atheists results from talking to some on the short bus he rides into work in the morning. I have to say that I didn't encounter any particular problems in finding my answers, but as I was doing it I was struck by the impression I got that Casey was asking his questions as if his alternative has somehow more explanatory power than the answers provided by science, or for that matter even simply saying "I don't know". As a result you may notice a running theme where I try to point this out to our neuronally challenged friend. My 'favorite' Youtube creationists at the PPSimmons channel have been at it again so, as per my vow, here is my response. Apologies for how long this video is. I'd initially thought it was going to be a short one, but it was only as I read PP's "sources" and did a little research I realized the magnitude of the shit-heap underlying this seemingly innocuous little piece of typical creationist propaganda. As it is there were a number of areas I would also have liked to gone into in more detail, including how Carl can feel that a change of 18 million years in a phylogeny is significant when he actually believes the world to be 6000 years old, and a deeper explanation of why science can only be as accurate as the data set it has to work with and why this means it is critical that it is able to modify hypotheses and theories in the light of new observations. I have to say that putting together something this long has been very draining, so it's not something I'm planning to do again for a long, long time. Though, having said that, the record of creationist bullshittery seems to suggest that it is bound to happen again sometime (but hopefully not too soon). PP's video amazingly still has comments enabled as of this upload, so it will be interesting to see how long it will be before they take down the comments section on this one. I had been working on a response to another notorious YouTube fucktard when PPSimmons splattered the internet with their latest bout of explosive diarrhea. Since I've promised to not let these exceptionally vile shitheads get away with anything I put my other project on hold and got stuck into this one. Unfortunately their latest offering is so unbelievably puerile that even a child could point out to Mr. Gallups and his inept cronies exactly why they're more full of shit than his colostomy bag after a night of lagers and a dodgy mutton vindaloo. As a result this video is somewhat less heavy on science and technicalities since all that was needed to debunk this video was a barely cursory knowledge of the methodologies and history of science. As a result I took the opportunity to pad out the remainder of the video with a super heaping helping of insults and profanity which, while perhaps a little over-the-top, I feel are more than well deserved. Apologies if you don't find this episode as illuminating or educational, but I hope at least that you will find some entertainment within. My first response to the sickeningly smug and fatuous creationist Ian Juby, who for some reason known only to himself and his therapists decided to call himself 'wazooloo' here on YouTube, and whose original wanton display of pig ignorance, brazen lies and basic arithmetic can be found here: www.youtube.com There is a slight difference in this video in that I've done something that I've shied away from in the past, and that is make fun of someone's appearance. While some might find my occasional light jabs at Mr. Juby's calorific condition offensive, rest assured that I didn't take this direction lightly. I personally found his implied assertions that humans have not been subject to food deprivation throughout history highly offensive, particularly coming from someone who's quite obviously luxuriating in the relative opulence in which we in the western world are allowed to live, in main part thanks to the science that he's so gleefully shitting on. As a result I feel that Mr. Juby deserves even less respect that the average creationist and more than deserves everything he gets in this video. People should take responsibility for their words, and Mr. Juby's words quite clearly show him to be an egotistical, self-absorbed, selfish, non-empathetic jerk who deserves everything he gets thrown back at him. As for anyone who feels like leaving a comment saying that my video is nothing more than an ad hominem attack, then please watch the video again and listen to the arguments ...
