| Mussadi Lal has been served with an exorbitant telephone bill and he visits the telephone department to get it rectified. Little does he know that Shukla from the same office has been re-routing calls to random numbers so that he doesn't have to pay for calls to party girls. Frustrated with the the babu's apathy, and desperate to clear his name, Mussadi is willing to take them to consumer court. But, then whats stopping him? Watch this clip to find out.
