| WARNING: Graphic elements! A farmer methodically wraps meat with brown paper. He throws several packages of it in the front seat of his truck. He pulls out of the driveway leaving a discarded Quarantine sign in the grass. What ensues are contaminated runaway blob meat patties, pitch fork stabbings, some dismemberment, and a general flesh-eating zombie, blood-slide fest. Billy Zane plays it serious as a sensible doctor in this horror/comedy, delivering the right degree of contrast to make it all the more hilarious and absurd. This is a modern day stress reliever of the public's consuming anxiety of mad cow disease, and a must have for any gore/zombie-horror fan. |
