Montana Colors North America, in conjunction with Primary Flight, proudly presents Art Basel 2010 showcasing legendary artists Bam, Estria, Vogue, Neon, Chor Boogie, Apex, Jase, & Rime crushing Miami. Shot entirely on location, MTN Colors held the largest wall at Art Basel 2010 and brought together some of the West Coasts finest to show everyone how the West does it. As we've mentioned on MTN-WORLD.COM, Montana Colors actively participated as a sponsor in PRIMARY FLIGHT in MIAMI, a few months ago. The event, which is one of the most important graffiti events in the USA, drew veterans, top artists, and young talents, of the spray-can art. So we took advantage of this huge meeting of minds and talents to revisit with NOAH BANKS, as producer, and RIME (MSK, AWR), as protagonist, after his experience in Europe in 2010, this time in the city of BASS. Bounce! * Como ya os hemos ido informando en MTN-WORLD.COM, Montana Colors participó activamente como sponsor en el PRIMARY FLIGHT de MIAMI hace unos meses. En este evento, uno de las mayores citas anuales con el graffiti en los Estados Unidos, se dieron cita veteranos, "primeras espadas" y jóvenes talentos del spray can art. Aprovechamos esta amplia reunión de personalidades para repetir con NOAH BANKS como realizador y RIME (MSK, AWR) como protagonista - tras su experiencia por Europa en 2010 -, esta vez en la ciudad del BASS. As you know, we were in Seville a few days ago, celebrating the first birthday of our official store in the city. It was a particularly emotional event because of all the work and effort invested over the year. Wen and Tina, employees and managers of the store, have done a fantastic job and we want to personally thank them once more on behalf of Montana Colors. We're not saying that just for the sake of saying it; you could see and feel it in the ambiance which infused the party last Thursday. With humility and perseverance, a result of their commitment to the graffiti scene in Seville and to Montana Colors, they have managed to really give life to this space which they have perfected down to the finest detail. This is a must-visit spot if you live in the city or are passing through. - Como sabéis estuvimos hace unos días en Sevilla celebrando el primer aniversario de nuestra tienda oficial en la capital hispalense. Un acontecimiento especialmente emotivo por todo el trabajo y esfuerzo acumulado a lo largo del año. Wen y Tina, empleados y responsables de la tienda, han hecho un trabajo fantástico y queremos agradecérselo personalmente una vez más desde Montana Colors. No lo decimos por decir, se nota en el ambiente que se respiraba en la fiesta el pasado jueves. Con humildad y perseverancia, fruto de su compromiso con la escena de graffiti de Sevilla y con Montana Colors, han logrado dar vida a este espacio, en el que se han encargado de cuidar hasta el más mínimo detalle.

ROCKING THE WALLS FROM FRIBOURG (SWITZERLAND)

7 days and 7 nights is the amount of time these three local artists; Serge Nidegger "Lowrider", Giom, Michel FR, along with HONET from Paris; took to paint 700m2 wall of the Fri-Son concert hall. Paint and sweat in abundance went into this great feat, and here at Montana Colors we did our bit to help. We need more events like this to invade urban spaces with color! * Special thanks to Rachel Bornet for the info. *** 7 días, con sus 7 noches, es el tiempo que emplearon los tres artistas locales Serge Nidegger "Lowrider", Giom, Michel FR, junto al parisino HONET, para pintar los 700 m2 de pared de la sala de conciertos Fri-Son. La torre denominada Turmkunst se levanta 48 metros sobre la ciudad de Berlín. Esta pieza arquitectónica es el lienzo que escogieron los comisarios del proyecto, Vicious Gallery, para que del 15 de abril al 15 de mayo, 4 artistas de referencia mundial - Flying Förtress, Honet, Sozyone and Craig KR Costello - plasmarán sus conceptos gráficos. Más información en montanacolors.com - The tower known as Turmkunst rises a cool 48 meters (157 ft.) above Berlin. This architectural monument has been chosen as the canvas for the project, Vicious Gallery.
