| I've been a classic VW nut for years, I had a 1969 VW bug as my first car. I kinda miss that thing and hope to find another someday, but when the New Beetle came out I got excited. After its novelty wore off it became excessively "cute" and it seems that Volkswagen has done a number at reviving the car and bringing it out as a "New New Beetle" once again giving it a pair of nuts this time. I like it, its a far cry from the original, though its styling seems to be more reminiscent of the original than the first generation New Beetle was.
