'Gold leader? Blue leader?' They literally could have made this entire scene with all the sound pulled from 'Star Wars.' Really. Sound effects, check. Dialogue, not perfect, but check. Screams, check. I mean, you might have to substitute someone's name for 'Porkins' or something but really it's uncanny! They even have 'bikes' in 'Star Wars!'

dude the story for tron was never any good, it was all about the effects. the original was great for its time but if you thought the sequel would look anything like the original then youre an idiot. the original looks like shit now. and secondly the whole idea of being in a computer is purely subject, were talking about electrical signals how can you say "oh the sequel clearly looks nothing like inside of a computer". it only had to be a weird crazy place in order to work, which it was.

You really felt like you were in a computer? Maybe at some parts where they indirectly tell you that. Also the knew movie kind of sucked. The games in Tron were extremely dumb especially the LightCycles. They looked fucking stupid and impractical. Tron - Inside an old shitty computer that probably doesn't have GBs yet. Tron Sequel - Inside a computer with a lot GB's because the world has evolved from shitty 80s PC to 21st Century PC. There is a reason why the graphics are different.

Pretty sure that's supposed to happen. Going from memory blocks to GBs, the programs and the world were no longer shitty and like Jeff Bridges said life actually started in the computer world, they grew sentient, he kept going there and then he got stuck there for several lightcycles, which is why it's a futuristic mega city. Also I agree with you. It doesn't feel like were inside a computer in the new Tron.

hahahaha..........before I even loaded this video I knew, I KNEW, the top rated comment would be someone complaining about something in the sequel. The sequel is better then the original. end of story. unlike the star wars prequels were the special effects made it look fake unlike the originals which felt real the Tron sequel actually feels like it takes place somewhere that can never exist in real life. I totally felt like i was in a computer.
