If you won't have a doctor do this, at least get the proper sterile (prevent spread & secondary infection) tools! Iodine or Hibiclens (sterilize outer skin). Scalpel (big enough hole). Forceps (break pockets, pull capsule) are a must. Gauze (clean & dress). Packing strips (heal inside-out: let the hole fill). Saline and syringe (rinse wound). Tape (secure dressing). See doctor (for antibiotic rx) - might as well for the procedure too instead of DIYing it.
