Just to say ...

Just to say Concorde actually killed noone... part of a 747 fell off and ended up in the engine... So i blame the french and boeing... And you seriously cannot say that the Tu-44 was better than Concorde, as the russian aircraft copied the concorde design, but the russian engineers believed Concorde wouldn't have possibly flown, so they added extras to the aircraft to 'improve' it, which obviously failed... im proud to say Concorde G-BOAF is just 2 miles down the road from me:)

There were cam ...

There were cam corders back in 1973. I am sure that was celluloid film in this vid.

Not compared to the Tu-144 it didn't, not even close. I see how you resort to insults to mask your denial.

you are only stupid british with russian phobia thta a true explication

The Tu-144D wasn't ...

The Tu-144D wasn't successful either. It didn't even carry passengers because of the 1978 crash. The compressor disc failure in 1980 was yet another example of the Tu-144's unreliablility as a whole. Every variant of the Tu-144 had too many problems due to it being rushed through the design stages in order to fly before the Concorde. It took an extra two years for the Tu-144 to come into service and even then it clearly wasn't ready

but its first tu- ...

but its first tu-144s totally fail succes begin with tu-144d completly other aircraft

The Tu-144 crashed twice, the infamous 1973 crash and a crash in 1978 on a test flight. The Concorde crashed once in 2000. Looks like it's time for you to go back to school and work on those maths skills

Statements like " ...

Statements like "does not in any way compare" are pure hyperbole; for starters, they both have wings and a tail. As per a design being 'rushed' and the afterburner flawed, this does not explain noise-issues - noise issues within an aircraft being as much a matter of sound-suppression, within the airframe, as one of sound actually eminating from the engines.

the engines were ...

the engines were noisey because the design was rushed and the afterburner was completely flawed. concorde compromised speed with using afterburners yet still managed mach 2. the russian aircraft does not in any way compare!

Aerospatiale/BAC ...

Aerospatiale/BAC obviously didn't think that the Concorde's landing speed was high enough to be dangerous as some people claim, otherwise they would have also added canards. What I was saying was that the Tu-144's wings were poor enough for the canards to be needed. Without them it had a higher landing speed than the Concorde

The wings of both ...

The wings of both aircraft were terribly inefficient in terms of energy bleed, dangerous where there was potential to stall by banking into final. To compensate, the Concorde had to land at high energy/high speed. The canards of Tu-144, however, improved its subsonic efficiency, allowing it to land at a much slower speed and in a much shorter distance than the concorde. In these respects is was superior, not equal.

Noise from the ...

Noise from the engines could have been a simple matter of engine placement; the same engines might have been much quieter from within the aircraft if placed on the wings, ala concorde (although more central placement reduced parasitic drag).

I was just regurgitating what I read. You must be a very stupid person not to comprehend that. You know when you've been told ;)
