Chromkarosserie ist laut StVo in Deutschland verboten, da bei Chrom z.B. Sonneneinstrahlungen und Licht allgemein zu sehr reflektiert, außerdem hat es den Spiegeleffekt. Das würde (laut Rennleitung) einfach zu sehr ablenken und eine große Gefahr im Straßenverkehr darstellen.
