Dubai is a property speculation bubble which has burst during the financial cirsis! Noone is gonna live in this houses and villas, they´re completely empty! The city will be (or already is) a ghost city!! Such an extravagant city in the desert needs a LOT of oil and energy, water etc, I think a city supplied by renewable energy would be a TRUE city of the future, not dubai, dubai is just new and mordern, but as time goes buy it will not be anymore!
