Autoloaders aren't ...
Autoloaders aren't magic machines. They're complicated and if they break down then you either can't load (due to the design of some autoloaders) or you now have to get someone to leave their station and load the gun. They also don't provide a huge increase in speed, a human being loads just as fast as a machine. Lastly having a human loader adds an extra set of eyes in the field and another pair of hands to perform maintainence on the tank and take over for injured crewmembers.

Autoloader is not so much an advantage but a different style of tank design. It allowed the Russians to keep the "soup bowl" style low profile turret that was harder to see and hit on an even plane. Autoloader also doesn't get tired, although it does break down the same as a human. Unfortunately, the soup-bowl turret has some major deficiencies, mostly in ammo storage and gun depression angle; they suck at firing from a hull-down firing position, which is where the Abrams excels.

In terms of speed ...
In terms of speed the differences between a human loader and autoloader are negligible. Other reasons like turret or gun design have more influence on the the kind of loading system used than one just being faster than the other. Though I imagine for countries with small Armies and low recruitment rates, it would be more desirable to cut back on the loader with an automatic system to economize on personnel.
