By the way i am on page 56 of his book. it was given to me by a pro IFBB body builder freind and brother of jesus. it is a good book but slow so far. The book of the smauri was better for me as it gave me tech for dealing battle stress and other things. I am a true warrior. BUSIDO is my way. earned never given.
