Typically, falling and getting back up gets harder much quicker for a Big Guy. Whereas this much lighter and smaller guy can take the falls over and over, and bounce right back much faster and more often.

It's much easier to move a smaller person. Plus, especially when demonstrating, a smaller person is more dynamic to move. They get airborn much easier, move a lot faster, and are easier to maneuver. Of course it could all be done with a bigger person, but the dynamic of how to control them is different.
