In the actualy movie, the songs seem to be a lot longer, and then you look them up and they're only ike three minutes, give or take. This is definently one of my favourite movies ever, though! I love all of the actors, they're magnificent!! :)

I don't think she ever wanted to harm him. Mr. Todd actually tells her to bring the boy to him in order to kill him and she just says no, that he can work with her at the shop. Then she always protects him and doesn't really like Mr. T using him. Later you can see that he loves her as a mother and she loves him as a son (when the boy sings to her). I was checking some information the other day and found out that Toby killed Mr. Todd because he had kill his "mother" (Mrs. Lovett) <3
