you guys know DCS just opened up 3rd party developement.. Would be nice to put this in it. The draw back would be lots more work (probally a restart on everything from scratch) and not having the whole world as a theater but the advantages would be greater IMO. Also who knows maybe we'll have some more 3rd party developers work on more theaters

Calculate how much it will cost in total to play this inferior VRSimulation mod which requires not only FSX, but also the SuperBug mod as well as Tac Pac combat mod. Then think of how many features they will hold back from TacPac, just so that they can tempt people to buy even more addons. Then compare that total price for an inferior sim-package to FREE.

Another superior aspect of Falcon 4.0 BMS is that it is totally FREE. It requires the original F4 exe, but most people can easily find that on the internet for free (and because MicroProse no longer sell it, doing so is 100% morally justified). Unlike DCS and this new shell of a combat mod for FSX, BMS do not work on the project for money. They are motivated by a genuine desire to create the most advanced/realistic flight sim they can and that fact shines through in their work.

You should have stated that "in YOUR opinion" DCS beats Falcon 4.0 with the latest BMS mod - because it is only your opinion and not fact. Falcon 4/BMS's flight model and campaign engine is far superior than DCS. And it's avionics are also equally as good. The only people who say DCS is "better" than Falcon 4.0/BMS are those who are more impressed by DCS's graphics and those people (imo) are NOT real hardcore flightsim fans.

Again we are on opposite fences. I highly disagree with your quote about quality. Some products like those that Jon and many others make are essentially reverse engineered version of planes. Do you understand how complex the hydraulic system of an F/A-18E is for example? Often times the code in such addons is designed to OVERRIDE what FSX does, going far beyond what the original developers had in mind. I'm familiar with the addons you mentioned, are you familiar with ours?

i think you dont understand me. i have grown up and i have NEVER seen any game that use payware addons, NEVER, FS from (i guess) 2002 to FSX are the only games i have seen use them, is mostly that i am not used to them, i have seen full mods for games that are 4 times better builded and made (proyect reality mod for BF2 or ArmA 2 for example) and they dont want money for those, i am just really not used to that idea of paywares addons...

I have seen maybe 2 or 3 freeware addons that are as immersive as what these 3rd party devs have been dishing out these days. From my end, it really looks like you're telling us that we should stop doing that. If you want to tell Jon and the rest of VRS that their project, --something that took them over 4 years to release-- go and tell them yourself on their website. They are very active on their forum, and will be "happy" to read your complaints

if you want to say i am an actual hater, i am. oh, and you know what? after see that shit called MS flight... forget that, i do hate payware addons for being paywares and not free as 99% of every game that have third party addons, but id chose to spend 50 dollars in an addon for 1 plane in the game than hope to see more shitty DLC for flight. nuff said.

What the hell did I just read? As if reading what those fanboys for that "other" companies toy-weapon addon wasn't enough, I had see that someone hates ALL payware addons? Is any. Nobody is telling you that YOU should buy any payware products, yet you're basically telling us that we shouldn't spend our own money on quality addons for our own copy of FSX? I suggest that you get Flight if you want "official" DLC.. but chances are that you ain't getting quality or accuracy like you're see here.
