1974 Volkswagen Beetle & Camper - road test
we have a 1973 ...
we have a 1973 beetle and it's not 100 hp, it's around 60 as far as i remember. it can stay on highway speed, if by highway speed you mean 90 km/h (56 mph) which was highway speed back in he thay when these little wonders were made, and she's pretty damn noisy at that speed. :] this car is not about speed it's about the feeling imao, when you start the engine you are in a different dimension. i love it :)

your forgetting how small they are. and they have abot 100 hp. if they couldnt stay with highway speed no one would buy one. but obvoiusly it coul because beetles were made from 1934 to 2003 only small changes were made overtime. there still made now but 2003 was the last year of the generation 1 model

I'd imagine it was the fact that the Beetle had less than 50 hp, and as such probably took several minutes to get up to speed.

Muy inteligente este video, es muy caro el combustible, la mayoria recurre a autos compactos, las distancias son mas largas y con este tipo de habilitación a la unidad con este tipo de remolque se puede desplazar mas comodamente llevando confort,por ejemplo cuando una mamá que recoje a los niños de las escuelas, aveces no salen a la misma hora y puede esperar comodamente o cuando los lleva a clases externas, un de varios ejemplos, Saludos desde Tampico, Tamps México...

Having breakfast? This video assumes there are passengers in the trailer while it's under way. Can you imaging what a rear-ender would do to a "structural component" like your drip rails? And what exactly would safety chains do to your roof's paint? I'd hate to see one of these on a public roadway that I use, but I would pay money to see a fleet of them on a dirt track, racing and spinning.
