If I wanted to be this annoyed, I'd amplify my neighbor's whind chime.. This thing just wastes electricity... pretty much a fail. P.S. FYI, white noise works because it's constant and people's brains quickly tune it out... and the annoying sounds it's masking. This singing house thing is the OPPOSITE of white noise. Yikes!!
