It is a natural cream by mama nature and it kills the demdex mites that cause it.It worked for me but it did make my pastules worse initially (this happens when the mites die) but then it gradually got better. The Patch tool is ...
The Patch tool is good when you have a good source to patch from. In this case the probem is two-fold texture and color...there just isn't enough good area to efficiently or even logically choose the patch tool with out yielding splotchy results.
