One formation in the sand is not enough to say that it is a random phenomena that could occur anywhere there are ley lines, since ALL the rest are in crops. I know that many countries have formations, the ones you listed are advanced enough to have the tech to do this. That ley line theory is just new-age hippie bunk to sell property in Sedona.

The reason no one would make the circles close to the white horse is the risk of getting caught because the white horse is an icon and people are always looking at it . Yes even at night out of their windows. So there you have it .
