You mean Source ...
You mean Source Engine of Valve? Well I'm not sure but I know that most models are in "fbx" format when integrated to the game engines. These are the ones called game objects. BTW, only SketchUp Pro is capable of exporting to fbx. But there is an option by using "Blender" and export it there. Unity is being used in Disney games, so it's not just another hobbyist's toy. I think other engines like Cry Engine and Unreal (and UDK) has a good SU pipeline...

hmm....this is nice. I might use this to make the iPhone game I always wanted. So you can use Sketchup with this?........anyways, what I meant was, it should be used with professional game engines, like Valve.

Actually, you can use sketchup models for game development. Visit unity3d.com and find out. Me and my friends tried it out and it works but because sketchup is using double-faced mesh, the requirement is a tough computer.
